One year into the political upheavals in Tunisia and Egypt, economic recovery remains crucial for both countries, Almut Möller, the head of the Alfred von Oppenheim Center for European Policy Studies, said in a discussion hosted by RBB Inforadio. Möller underlined that the EU and its member states have so far missed out on major opportunities by reacting as “fortress Europe.”
